We’re happy to walk through the plan with you, discuss potential changes, and help you confirm whether it’s the right fit. - Purchase & Review
Once purchased, you’ll receive your plan set along with your included revisions. - Engineering (Optional)
If engineering is needed for your jurisdiction, we’ll help obtain a quote from one of our partner engineering firms—or we can work with your preferred engineer. - Final Plans Delivered
Your finalized, permit-ready PDF set is delivered, with print services available upon request.

Whitnee was introduced to the construction industry at just 4 years old with her mother being a builder, and her father being a remodeler. She jumped at any opportunity to help her parents as she got older, even working for her parents as their assistant for numerous years. She officially joined our team in 2019 and has since moved into the Drafting Manager role.

Trevor grew up in the construction industry, working for his Dad at the local lumber yard while in High School and started his first ICF company in 2000 as an installer and distributor of Blue Maxx/Arxx. In 2015, he transitioned to a Territory Manager for Amvic Building System teaching and training in the Western US. During this time he was also a speaker/trainer for organizations such as the NRMCA and NAHB. Trevor serves as IDD's ICF Consultant teaching and training our staff and clients on the best practices and benefits of ICF.
