We had a fantastic experience working with Whitnee at Innovative.  We were in Idaho in May looking for land and I wanted to see ICF first hand.  Heather at Innovative Building Products was kind enough to show us around the showroom and answer a ton of questions.  She introduced us to Whitnee and Emma on the design side.  Once our land was purchased in August, Whitnee worked our design with us.  It was a totally collaborative experience and Whitnee was an absolute pleasure to work with.  In a short 5 or 6 weeks we have buildable plans for a home we are going to truly love.  The team at Innovative is awesome and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a design firm.

In a time where professionalism seems to have declined, Whitnee is a breath of fresh air. Whitnee is always on time for meetings, is articulate, patient, and has excellent communication skills. She listens to what our vision is and expertly renders a design. Whitnee is not only good at her job, she truly enjoys it and it shows!

We have worked with Whitnee and her team for the last several months designing a Garage / shop / ADU.  Whitnee was very responsive to our needs and requests and came up with a great plan.  She forwarded our plans to the engineer and everything was completed in a timely manner.  A few months later, our needs had changed, so I contacted Whitnee again for a new design.  She got right on it and fit us into her schedule!  Whitnee was very receptive to make the changes or additions until we had the plans the way we wanted them.  We were very happy with her promptness and ease to work with.

They did a great job at getting my plans back to me quickly! I needed the plans to be drawn up in a short period of time because I am a contractor and have deadlines to meet. Emma was great at communicating and gave me an accurate quote with quality end product. Thanks Emma!

Whitnee and Emma were very prompt in responding to our questions or changes we made to our home plan.  We found them to be very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.  They were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to friends or family.

Emma and Whitney have been great to work with! They look at all of my design ideas and are on top of communication which is very important to me! I love how much time they take with me to go over the floor plans and can change it right in front of me to see how it looks. Great job ladies!
